Han Jiaying was invited to participate in this theme poster exhibition – “Celebrate our planet”. The main concept of the poster is to represent the harmony of the human being, society and nature. The word ”Xiang” in Chinese means embracing everything, so based on the shape of this word to build the concept which is coexistence of everything on the planet in keeping with the theme. With the combination of Chinese ink painting and contemporary design language, it aimed to present the beauty of our planet.

Design 360°- Concept and Design Magazine is the first bilingual design magazine published in both Chinese and English, based in Guangzhou,China. Its contents and languages cover from East to the West and distributed in main Asian cities. In 2014, Design 360° relaunched with the brand new format in both design and editorial approach from Designer’s perspective. Thematic issues such as “Designer’s Archive”(N.49), “Design Manifesto”(N.50), “Designer’s Typeface”(N.51), Designer at Work”(N.52), “Designer’s Collection”(N.53) and “Designer’s Travel”(N.54) successfully attracted the attention in Asian design community. DynamiCity Gentype is a generative typography motion wall visualized the urban dynamics data in between Hong Kong (HK) and Shenzhen (SZ), whereas the distance from HK to SZ is just 17.15km. Referenced from the data of HK and SZ from 2012 to 2014, the letters are created by different mathematics algorithms to represent a specific social issue. These motion-type sculptures drew the attention of the citizens of HK and SZ to aware the rapid changing of their own living cities and we hope they could take a deeper insights to look into these two cities under the same country.
