The package design of organic rice and the bowl for a brand which focus on farm products.This concept takes design inspiration from traditional Chinese Rice Container in countryside. With the new structure to interpret the traditional concept, so that “food” and “Container” has become more interesting in the daily life.
Design inspiration originated in two meanings. Overall, it is an auspicious clouds, which the clouds can bring good luck, and it also can be seen as two parts of two opposing dancing phoenixes or cranes.
With its innovative structure and extraction method, the design likens the wine to the amber, and the wine is like the precious jade when taken from the package.
The design demonstrates the pure, modern product characteristics through its minimalist packaging and the packaging’s visual sense, while the pattern on the reverse side adopts the traditional woodblock printing approach.
Both the box and bottle are decorated with the silver headwear that is typical fashion for Chinese minority groups at major festivals.
