The 2020 calendar is designed with the concept of “the memories cabinet”it arouses everyone’s enthusiasm for traveling.
This book collects four kinds of Taiwan’s traditional tiles from the 1920s to the 1980s, recording and cataloging them according to the shapes and patterns of tiles from the perspective of graphic design. And it also provides 100 featured tile patterns which were re-drawn and given pantone color guide by the authors.
Despite its small size, Taiwan has a big secret.
The island is, in fact, home to one of the world’s highest density of mountains, with over 268 peaks at 3,000 meters! We sincerely hope that our design inspires future visitors to Taiwan to climb at least one of the “100 Peaks of Taiwan” and experience this plethora of sights and sounds themselves.

The brand-new title “READ · LITERATURE” and cover design create a dynamic flow of composition through the use of geometric color shapes and images to reflect the imagination of opening door of literature reading.
Qi Men Dun Jia calendar, a practical almanac for users, both contents and book design pay tribute to ancient wisdoms. The book design is totally different from existed traditional Chinese calendar, based on Song dynasty butterfly-fold binding, instead of thread-bound, the book uses PUR biding method, so that it can be lay-flat opened. In addition, the book size is compact and solid and its weight is moderate for carrying.
