Dripping Viewer is a newly eco-friendly coffee filter. The materials are clay and coffee remnants. After several experiments, we utilized the fiber of coffee to form aperture which water could get through in proper velocity. Replacing traditional filter paper, the conical filter enables users to directly observe the flipping scene of coffee grounds during pouring process. Since the way of water pouring is critical to the taste and aroma of coffee, a visible way to pouring water could have baristas to show their talents in a better way. What’s more, the products also equipped with APP to instruct users. The app not only allows users use product more efficiently but also collects data as feedback to coffee stores, which could assist them to promote their own products.
