“Offline Browser” contemplates the relationship between humanity and the Internet.
When developing the exhibition identity, we simulate Web browsing by overlaid windows, and pixelated, distorted imagery when the computer is suddenly kicked offline. The background evoking the green screen conveys a sense of mechanicality and human anxiety. The uniquely shaped pamphlet, poster, and catalogue delineate the Web browser in a tangible form, blurring the boundary between digital and analog.
