We invite artists to explore and reinterpret Nanfangao’s character through their works, unveiling different ways to get to know a place. The magazine “about:” is the medium where we record these viewpoints and collect the sentiments. One piece of artwork may becomes the reason and motivation for you to visit Nanfangao.
BranD is an inspirational magazine that explores brand designs and collects creative ideas from all over the world. First published in Hong Kong by Sendpoints Publishing Co., Ltd in 2012, BranD is a magazine designed for modern readers.
The calendar dedicated to the XVth century triptych “The Last Judgement” by Hans Memling which presents history of the triptych from its creation to modern times.
The Place is a series of publications that explores the intrinsic identity of ‘places’ themselves. By breaking free of conventional, economically-oriented thinking, The Place brings unseen aspects into the light. Through this process of unearthing, “Wildness becomes the new modern.”
The Inner Harbour Zine introduces the inner harbour Macau through the form of “Accommodation guide”, allowing audience to explore the role of inner harbour residents, experience the anecdotes of community, from the life of small community to ponder the invariability and transformation of small Macao city.
“Zansyu” is a self initiated projected founded by Adonian Chan from Hong Kong. The objective is to reinterpret Hong Kong’s Beiwei street signs by the basis of today’s aesthetics value and design medium.
