The theme of the exhibition is “Ja Bah,” which literally means to eat meat in Taiwanese. Through captions and pictures, the exhibition presents in essence T-Ham’s development over its fifty-year history, and its professionalism in producing all kinds of premium meat products. The venue provides a cultural experience in the form of a butcher shop where visitors can interact through silk-screen printmaking and learn all about meat products from colors to cuts to textures.
