This is a mixed-use leisure space on the top floor of a corporate building that includes an outdoor landscaped garden terrace, a large conference room inside the building, a gym, and a multi-function room in the roof protrusion. Different from the modern international style of other corporate buildings, the designer gives this building an image like an urban oasis.
