Starting in 2020, the team cooperated with distribution channel “Carrefour” to design “Demo Nutrition Select Shops” targeting small supermarkets and large wholesales stores respectively. The team (DreamVok) converted professional nutrition knowledge into friendly and easily understood innovative services incorporated into Carrefour’s shelves and branch services, so that citizens could learn personal nutrition gaps and know how to adjust their diets, consciously establishing a balanced diet.

Finally, to make good use of Carrefour’s corporate resources and rapidly roll out the innovative service to branches across Taiwan, DreamVok and Carrefour jointly organized “National Fresh Produce Ambassador Nutrition Training,” which called upon representatives of Carrefour branches to participate, and invited nutritionists with professional license to co-create and interact with those working on the first line of service, designing innovative services that were professional and met the needs of interaction at branches. Using the Xinying Branch in Tainan as an example, after the nutrition training, the branch staff organized a creative activity on the topic of nutrition and guided citizens to explore related knowledge and shop in the store; when stores became nutrition classrooms, shoppers not only could hear and learn nutrition information, but also see, purchase, and eat health ingredients.
