We always believe that eating the abundant resources of the season is gentle to Taiwan and the firmest declaration of island fish to the island!
In Taiwan, we found that the edible fish species that many consumers like are gradually becoming single, and most of them are imported fish. However, letting the world know about our local fish species in Taiwan is more conducive to the export and development of Taiwan's fishery. .
Starting from the promotion of knowledge about fish species in Taiwan's offshore areas, we searched for the elements that can be used from the fish, and developed a "fish scale jelly" made of fish scale gel to guide consumers through "taste memory" and "visual aids" , which makes getting to know fish even more interesting.
