The Secondary Selection for the 2026 Golden Pin Design Award took place on Friday, August 21 at Songshan Cultural and Creative Park in Taipei, with the official list of winners announced today (August 22).

Drawing outstanding design entries from 23 regions worldwide, this year's competition saw a total of 474 entries emerge victorious across the four award categories to earn the prestigious Golden Pin Design Mark. 

The winning breakdown includes 158 entries in Communication Design, 149 in Product Design, 118 in Spatial Design, and 49 in Integration Design. Spanning 17 regions—including Taiwan, China, Hong Kong, Macao, Indonesia, Thailand, Germany, Japan, Singapore, Poland, India, South Korea, Italy, Malaysia, Türkiye, the United States, and the Philippines—the winning entries showcase robust innovative strength and dynamic creative energy.

These Design Mark winners have not only earned international expert jury recognition for their quality and design value, but have also secured their spot in the Final Selection to compete for the competition's highest honors: Best Design of the Year and Special Annual Awards.
