Taiwan’s three special winds—the Winds of September, Foehn winds and Katabatic winds—are introduced through a host of visual mediums so as to paint a comprehensive picture of each wind’s distinctive features. Participants are then encouraged to assemble and fly one of the three kites associated with the three winds, by which they come to gradually recognize the wind’s presence and movement, and arrive at an understanding of the wind’s importance at large.
