On the building’s existing rooftop expansion joint, public art takes shape through the metaphor of “water.” It consists of River in the Mountain and Pond in the Mountain.
This is also an interactive play installation: when marbles are placed into the river channel, they roll downhill and gather in the pond. The surfaces of the aquatic plants are designed to hold children's handmade creations, making the artwork a collaborative piece shaped by nature, the public, and the artist together.
