Located at the heart of Taichung’s Calligraphy Greenway, CMP Art Museum is a cultural landmark transformed over 16 years from a declining district into a vibrant, sustainable space of daily creativity. Designed by Kengo Kuma & Associates, the museum draws inspiration from “Opening the Earth,” using low-carbon methods and passive design strategies to create a landscape architecture that merges the neighborhood and greenbelt into a sustainable urban cultural field.
