Our 1st-term Cats and Dogs Newcomer Developing Program promoted life education for animals through three core services: Newcomer's Story; Family Time; and Step-by-Step Adoption. We hope that, by helping people build love stories with animals through contact, interaction, and learning to be companions to each other, we can make the word "abandonment" never be needed again.
