Funded by The Hong Kong Jockey Club Charities Trust, the “Jockey Club Project Well-being: PLACEMAKING in Schools” worked with 31 schools in Hong Kong to create school environments that support well-being. Through a series of “participatory design” and “design thinking” workshops, the project co-created different design solutions with students and teachers such as well-being centre, farming garden, kitten café, mindfulness corner, as well as enhanced classrooms, play zones and canteens, etc.
