Youth media “500 Times” looked forward to delivering the beauty of this land and the energy of the new generation in 2021. With this in mind, “500 Dishes”, a
gourmet review containing the unique viewpoints of Taiwan people was launched.

Distinct from other dining guides, 500 Dishes makes the assessment based on the food itself. We try to interpret the chef’s ideas and creativity, as well as his/ her connection to the land from the cuisine to be served.
