NCH15 House is a three-storey residence located in a dense urban neighborhood surrounded by tall buildings. The design responds to its tight surroundings by embracing natural ventilation, filtered sunlight, and carefully planned green spaces. Solid walls block heat and noise, while openings are placed to catch wind and light. The home uses stack ventilation, vertical voids, and shaded courtyards to stay naturally cool and bright. Work and living areas are clearly separated yet still connected.
